Nicknamed the "Watering Hole of America" (W.H.O.A.), this iconic roadside tavern has welcomed generations of Keno locals and Highway 66 travelers as their go-to stop for cold drinks, good company, and small-town charm.

For decades, this spot has been the backdrop for live music, community events, comfort food, and casual gatherings, capturing the true spirit of rural Oregon hospitality.

The property features a rustic exterior, cozy back room with a wood-burning stove and a large outdoor patio, offering plenty of space for events, hangouts, and memorable nights at the tavern.

Brought back to her former glory by Dave and Carrie Welch circa 2005, Mike and Leslie, H Squared, purchased the Whoa in the summer of 2026.
